The Annexe is located on the first floor. There is a communal door and staircase for Flat B and the Annexe and each flat has its own front door off the landing. The Annexe is ideal for a couple.
The flat is a self-contained studio with a comfortable king size bed, sofa, widescreen TV connected to FreeSat and a dining table with 2 chairs. There is a simple galley kitchen with a combination microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and dishwasher. The microwave also operates as a regular convection oven. Washing machines and dryers are available in the utility room just behind the garage. Off the main room is a shower room with basin, WC and a powerful shower.
The flat benefits from full central heating. Except for the bathroom the floors are solid wood throughout; the bathroom is tiled. All windows overlook the village green and stream.
The Annexe will accommodate one well behaved dog at no extra charge. However, we ask that dogs are not allowed on beds or chairs. Please note that sheep graze on the village green so dogs must be under control at all times.
