Flat A is located on the ground floor with its own front door and patio area. There are 2 steps from the patio up to the front door but inside all the rooms are on the same level.
The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 singles. It is ideally suited to a family with 2 children or to guests where stairs are a problem.
You enter the large living room from the porch: the living room has a sofa and 2 armchairs as well as a widescreen TV connected to FreeSat.
Just off the living room is the kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking items to see you through your holiday. Washing machines and dryers are available in the utility room just behind the garage.
Just off the living room there is an inner hallway with doors leading to the family bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dressing table and a big wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has 2 single beds and a big wardrobe. If there is only one person using this room one bed can be stored under the other to give more space.
The family bathroom has the usual basin and WC as well as a full bath and a very powerful shower.
The flat benefits from full central heating. Except for the bathroom and kitchen the floors are solid wood throughout; the bathroom and kitchen are tiled.
