First Floor - Flat B
Flat B is located on the first floor. There is a communal door and staircase for Flat B and the Annexe and each flat has its own front door off the landing. The flat has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 singles. It is ideally suited to a family. You enter the living room from the landing: the living room has a 2 sofas and a widescreen TV connected to FreeSat.
Just off the living room is the kitchen with a dining table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking items to see you through your holiday. Washing machines and dryers are available in the utility room just behind the garage.
Just off the living room there is an inner hallway with doors leading to the family bathroom and the 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom has a very comfortable king-size bed, dressing table and a big wardrobe. The smaller bedroom has 2 full-size single beds, chest of drawers and a small wardrobe. The family bathroom has the usual basin and WC as well as a full bath and a very powerful shower.
The flat benefits from full central heating. Except for the bathroom and kitchen the floors are solid wood throughout; the bathroom and kitchen are tiled. Bedroom and living room windows overlook the village green and stream.
We welcome one or two well behaved dogs at no extra charge. However, we ask that dogs are not allowed on beds or chairs. Please note that sheep graze on the village green so dogs must be under control at all times.
